Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of patients to determine their chiropractic needs.
- Utilize medical imaging techniques as necessary to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans that address acute pain management and long-term wellness goals.
- Provide hands-on chiropractic adjustments and other therapeutic interventions to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
- Monitor patient progress through regular observation and follow-up consultations, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical terminology relevant to diagnoses and treatments.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state license to practice chiropractic medicine.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health practices and principles.
- Proficiency in medical imaging techniques relevant to chiropractic care.
- Experience in primary care settings is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent skills in physical examinations, patient observation, and acute pain management.
