We are assisting our client, Meinhardt Group, with the recruitment and selection of a CSA Project Manager. This is an on-site position that will report to their client located in Aurora, CO.

The CSA Project Manager is responsible for managing the planning, execution, and delivery of all Civil, Structural, and Architectural scopes of work on a large industrial construction project. This includes oversight of site grading, foundations, concrete and steel structures, building envelope, and architectural finishes. The role requires coordination with design teams, contractors, and other discipline leads to deliver the CSA scope on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the CSA scope from design through construction and turnover based on VE (Value Engineering).
- Manage design coordination and ensure timely resolution of design issues and RFIs.
- Lead construction planning, subcontractor coordination, and resource scheduling.
- Monitor CSA progress against project schedule and budget; implement recovery plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and applicable regulations (IBC, ACI, AISC, ADA).
- Review and approve submittals, shop drawings, and material samples.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and progress of CSA work.
- Support QA/QC and commissioning processes for architectural and structural elements.
- Interface with permitting agencies, AHJs, and consultants to ensure compliance.
- Track and manage change orders and potential scope impacts.
- Ensure safety compliance across all CSA-related field activities.
- Report progress and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders on a weekly basis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- 7–10 years of experience in construction project management with significant CSA scope on industrial/commercial projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) license preferred.
- Strong knowledge of structural systems, architectural finishes, site work, and code compliance.
- Proficiency in construction scheduling software (Primavera P6 or MS Project), and project management platforms (Procore, CMiC, Bluebeam, etc.).
- Familiarity with lean construction, BIM coordination, and earned value tracking.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
