Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $1,35,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key member of the Operations Support team, reporting directly to a Project Manager.
- Conduct thorough impact analysis of product or operations initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive end-to-end (E2E) process flows using the ADONIS tool.
- Gather and analyze requirements from Product, Operations, and Divisional stakeholders to create detailed System Requirement Documents (SRDs).
- Collaborate with development teams to communicate requirements and contribute to the creation of Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
- Review epics and user stories to ensure they meet business needs.
- Participate in the review of QA test cases, providing insightful feedback to enhance product quality.
- Analyze end-to-end test results and participate in functionality demos to ensure product efficacy.
- Offer valuable input to the End User Content team to aid in content development.
- Assist the training team as needed to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.
- Provide dedicated post-implementation support following each release deployment, ensuring smooth transitions and continuous improvement.
Salary : $60,000 - $135,000
