Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed resiliency testing plans, including failover and disaster recovery scenarios.
- Coordinate and conduct resilience tests for systems, applications, and third-party integrations.
- Analyze test outcomes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance system robustness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Maintain documentation of testing processes, results, and corrective actions.

Resiliency Testing Tools: Proficiency in using tools like Chaos Monkey, Gremlin, or similar testing frameworks.
Programming and Scripting: Basic knowledge of languages like Python, Java, or Shell scripting for automating tests.
Monitoring and Logging Tools: Experience with tools like Splunk, ELK Stack, or Prometheus to analyze system behavior.
