Title: Workday HCM Consultant

Duration:6 months of Contract with possible extension of hire

Location: Dallas,TX

Brief Summary of Role:

As a Workday HCM Consultant you would be responsible for specializing in implementing, customizing, and optimizing Workday's Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, helping organizations streamline HR processes and enhance employee experiences

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 6 years experience in Workday HCM experience specializing in implementation, administration, and configuration
• Led 5-country Workday HCM implementation (Core HCM, Compensation, Absence), going live in July 2024
• 3 full-life cycle Workday implementations, including project management, data conversion, and system integration
• 100% on-time delivery across multiple large-scale implementations and process improvements
• Delivered end-to-end Workday HCM full-suite implementation for 3 major brands CONFIDENTIAL
• Closed 95% of Tier 1-3 tickets related to advanced security updates, configuration changes, and reporting needs
• Successfully managed 250 system tests for Workday configuration, ensuring error-free go-live

“Expected annual pay for this role ranges from [$120,000] to [$150,000].
