Business Data Analyst - AI

Overview:

We are seeking an analytical and business-savvy AI Business and Data Analyst to support the development, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven initiatives across the organization. This role will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex data across multiple data sources into actionable insights that drive decision-making and ensure alignment with product goals.

The successful candidate will possess strong data analysis skills, a deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, and the ability to deliver meaningful insights that impact product strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and define business needs, objectives, and opportunities where AI can drive innovation and efficiency.

· Translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI and data science teams to develop AI models and solutions.

· Develop clear, concise documentation of business processes, workflows, and data requirements to guide AI project development.

· Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform business decisions and AI model development.

· Perform exploratory data analysis to identify opportunities for new AI initiatives and optimize existing AI models.

· Evaluate the performance and impact of AI models on business processes and KPIs, providing recommendations for optimization and scalability.

· Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all AI projects, working closely with data engineers and data scientists to maintain high data quality.

· Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on data pipelines and AI models to validate accuracy and relevance to business goals.

· Contribute to project planning, resource allocation, and risk management for AI initiatives.

Qualifications:

· Demonstrated experience working on AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics projects that deliver measurable business outcomes.

· Strong experience in interpreting data, generating insights, and communicating findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to connect data insights with product strategy.

Required Experience:

· 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, preferably within an AI/ML or data-driven environment.

· Bachelor’s degree in data science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

· Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and tools and cloud-based AI platforms.

· Knowledge of data warehousing, data governance, and data quality best practices.

· Proficient in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.

· Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools
