Sr Product Manager (Mortgage Lending Solutions)

Work Location: Franklin, TN

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to contribute to the development of our Mortgage Lending Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned initiatives as well as driving the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, engineering, and design to ensure the successful delivery of the product.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned initiatives for Mortgage Lending Solutions.

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform product development decisions.

• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and prioritize product features, requirements, and user stories. Build and maintain a robust backlog of features and user stories to meet periodic release targets.

• Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including product planning, development, testing, and release.

• Define and track key performance metrics for the product and use data to inform product decisions.

• Work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Act as a product evangelist and champion, promoting the product internally and externally.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to BAs and teammates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field. MBA preferred.

• At least 7 years of experience in product management, with a focus on Mortgage Lending Solutions.

• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products.

• Strong understanding of the mortgage lending industry, including regulatory requirements, market trends, and competitive landscape.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

• Passion for creating innovative products and driving business growth.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $1,58,000. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
