Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Investigator to join our Medical Device (Class 1, Class 2 or Class 3) team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations , conducting thorough investigations, and contributing to the overall quality management processes. CAPA, as well as global medical device regulations, requirements, and standards such as 21 CFR Parts 803, 806, and 820, and ISO13485. Support regulatory and HA inquiries. This position requires a strong understanding of quality inspection methodologies and the ability to analyze data effectively.
Duties
- Conduct investigations related to any class of medical device from investigation creation through successful investigation closure.
- Full cycle investigation process
- Escalation to Vigilance Specialist and Compliance decision tree building.
- Document investigation summary writing draft, review and submit vigilance reports
- Able to write effective Medical and Technical narratives regarding the complaints.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality analysis or quality control or a related field of medical device investigation is desired.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
- Experience in research data collection methods and quality audits is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey findings clearly.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks performed including timelines, adherence to SLA and KPI.
- Bachelors Degree preferred in related field
