SDET Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Consulting (Quality Engineering) to join our team in East Brunswick, NJ or Dallas, TX. This is a full-time role that requires a strong background in software quality engineering and testing experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and technical writing skills, as well as hands-on experience with common testing tools like Tricentis Tosca, UFT, Selenium, and Load Runner.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Drive quality engineering transformation across customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Qualifications
- 15 years of software quality engineering/testing experience
- Minimum 5 years of test transformation and/or test consultancy experience
- Hands-on experience in handling large programs and driving quality engineering transformation across customers
