Responsibilities
- Engage with Prospective Customers: Initiate contact through phone, email, and chat to introduce and promote Wire 3’s innovative fiber optic internet services.
- Assess Customer Needs: Identify customer pain points and needs to effectively convey the unique value of Wire 3’s offerings.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Wire 3’s products, services, and competitive advantages to enhance customer interactions.
- Sales Performance: Achieve and surpass sales targets through diligent follow-ups and a consultative sales approach.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster and sustain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing and field sales teams to refine sales strategies and optimize campaigns.
- CRM Documentation: Accurately record all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Located in or near Longwood, Florida
- High school diploma or GED.
- Confident, outgoing, and personable, with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong listening skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Team-oriented yet self-motivated and capable of working independently as a self-starter.
- Proficient multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and responsive to changing customer needs.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in using personal computers and tablets (e.g., iPads) and a basic understanding of internet services and technology.
- Proven experience in inside sales, direct sales, or telemarketing, ideally in telecommunications or the technology industry.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate the value of services and close sales.
- Able to pass a criminal background check.
