Job Overview
Sales & Marketing Analytics
- Develop and maintain financial reports that track sales performance, marketing ROI, and customer acquisition costs, with specific breakdowns by region.
- Analyze trends in sales and marketing expenses to optimize budget allocation and improve cost-efficiency.
- Support the forecasting and budgeting process by providing insights into regional sales pipeline and customer trends.
- Prepare and manage regional financial reports, analyzing sales performance, costs, and customer behavior.
- Provide detailed insights that help optimize sales strategies and marketing campaigns tailored to local markets.
- Collaborate with regional managers to ensure performance metrics and financial data align with business goals at the local level.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to analyze customer data, segmentation, and lifetime value (LTV).
- Provide actionable insights based on customer acquisition, retention, and churn patterns to guide region-specific strategy development.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to sales, marketing, and regional performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, marketing spend, and customer retention.
- Work closely with the Finance Manager to prepare forecasts and track actual versus planned performance by region.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand regional business needs and provide financial insights that support strategic decisions across regions.
- Support ad-hoc data requests and financial analysis for teams as needed.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, with 2 years of experience in finance, sales analysis, or marketing analytics (preferably within a subscription-based business model).
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling, data analysis, PivotTables, VBA/Macros, advanced lookups, and nested formulas.
- Systems Knowledge: Experience with financial reporting tools or ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Business Central) is a plus.
- Analytical & Business Acumen: Solid understanding of sales and marketing metrics, KPIs, and their impact on overall business performance. Ability to analyze and report on regional performance data, providing actionable insights tailored to local markets.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for non-financial stakeholders across various regions.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
