JOB OVERVIEW:
This role begins as a cold call, outside sales position, where you'll receive comprehensive resources, tools, and training to build a pipeline and grow into a business development expert. We value our strong community reputation, and we’ll train you in consultative sales techniques to help you build a thriving referral network—one that will keep your pipeline full and your success growing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote the Wire 3 Movement: As our strongest advocates, our sales team members should proudly represent the company, sharing information within the community. This includes door-to-door canvassing, leveraging social media, attending community events, and more.
- Engage with a Consultative Sales Approach: Connect with potential customers to understand their needs and demonstrate how our solutions can meet them effectively.
- Stay Informed on Competitors: Keep an eye on local competition to identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities.
- Drive Sales Success: Maintain a strong focus on meeting sales goals and maximizing customer acquisition.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Confident, outgoing, and personable, with strong listening and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Team-oriented, with the ability to work independently as a self-starter
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills
- Reliable transportation
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Willingness and ability to travel locally
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in operating both personal computers and tablets (iPad)
- Comfortable working in outdoor weather conditions
- Physically able to perform tasks, including walking long distances and working extended hours in Florida’s sun and heat
