Fiber Optic Splicer Manager

The Fiber Optic Splicing Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the fiber optic splicing operations within a telecommunications or network infrastructure company. This role involves coordinating and leading a team of splicing technicians, ensuring the timely and accurate installation, maintenance, and repair of fiber optic cables. The manager will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and reliability of the network while adhering to industry standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Possess a deep understanding of fiber optic splicing techniques, equipment, and tools.

Qualifications and requirements:

• - Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., telecommunications, electrical engineering) or equivalent experience.

Experience: 5 years of splicing, & 1 year of a supervisory or managerial role
