JOB OVERVIEW:
This position will assist in all duties and tasks as related to support, maintenance, and growth of Wire 3’s expanding network. The position will also assist as needed with other operational technology needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Wire 3 WiFi FTTH network product portfolio.
- Primary resource for Wire 3 team trainings on WiFi product portfolio.
- Assist with WiFi FTTH network product decisions.
- Assist the networking team with setup, configuration, and installation of new FTTH network sites.
- Assist and support Wire 3 CSR department with advanced troubleshooting and customer problem resolutions.
- Assist and support Wire 3 OSP and Installation Technicians in troubleshooting.
- Assist and support Wire 3 IT Department projects.
- Assist and support Wire 3 Network Department projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates Degree or equivalent (Trade and/or Technical school program completion)
- Experience in the IT, Networking, Customer Service field is highly desired.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Work performed in outside weather conditions, exposed to data center environments, Must be able to travel
- Irregular and flexible work hours
- Valid driver's license in good standing.
