Starting pay is $22.50 per hour. Regular quarterly raises from 3 months until top out pay of $31.65 is reached in 2.5 years.
2nd shift hours are 3pm-11:30pm Monday-Friday (some overtime).

GENERAL SUMMARY
Select and prepare product for shipment to customers. Receive in product and materials from customers and vendors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS
- Accurately identify and select correct product in accordance with parts list.
- Ready orders for shipment.
- Build wooden pallets.
- Inspect shipment to verify conformance to parts list.
- Assure that all materials and supplies are available as needed in order to promote maximum efficiency for each work process and meet set productivity goals each day.
- Detect and notify supervisor of faulty operation of equipment and defective product and/or materials.
- Maintain clean and orderly work area.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Manufacturing facility/ warehouse environment with moderate to loud noise levels.
- Non-temperature regulated facility and trucks.
- Constant material transport via fork lift throughout facility.
- 8 hour work days – 5 days per week (Monday – Friday).
- Mandatory overtime depending on operation schedule.
- Work alone or with other co-workers.
- Steady pace with set productivity goals to be met each day.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Constant walking, standing, bending, squatting and stooping.
- Constant reaching, lifting, pushing and pulling.
- Exerting up to 100 lbs of force occasionally, and/or 50 lbs to 75 lbs of force frequently, and/or up to 75 lbs of force constantly to move objects.
- Constant precisely coordinated movements of the fingers and hands to grasp, manipulate or assemble objects.
