Wired Behavior is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavior analysis and a genuine passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. This role emphasizes collaboration with families, providing guidance and support to improve the quality of life for our clients through evidence-based interventions.
We are currently hiring for a part-time, in-home position, and we are looking for someone with experience working directly with families in a collaborative and supportive role.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify behavioral challenges and needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals.
- Implement behavior intervention strategies in various settings, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on data collection and analysis.
- Provide training and support to staff, families, and caregivers on behavior management techniques.
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Stay current with research data collection methods and best practices in the field of behavior analysis.
Experience
- A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field is required.
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is mandatory.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those with autism, is highly desirable.
- Experience providing direct support to families, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster collaboration and understanding.
- Proficiency in patient assessment techniques and the ability to analyze research data effectively.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and protect patient information.
- A commitment to providing high-quality patient care while fostering an inclusive environment for all clients.
