WiredPeople is looking for a Public Health Recruiting and Scheduling Coordinator to join our public health teams. This role is full-time, 40 hours per week, and will work onsite in Tallahassee, Florida.

Responsibilities:
- Conducts lead searches and recruits assigned sampled persons for participation
- Schedule interviews for sampled persons who agree to participate
- Document all work in data systems
- Assist the project coordinator with marketing the project with providers and community partners
- Assist the project coordinator with presenting project data to providers and to community stakeholders in accordance with the data dissemination plan
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in public health or working on a degree in public health
- Two years of experience in patient services, customer service, sales, or related field interacting directly with client
- One year of experience with data entry preferably in the medical field with knowledge of medical terminology
- Two years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
