Job Description
Job Title: Retail Wireless Sales Associate
Job Function: To provide customer service, technical support and sales of telecommunication products and services to customer that best fit customer needs, as well as to work towards achieving individual and store goals.
Reports to: Store Manager

Wireless Central has been an authorized U. S. Cellular agent since 2002. You will be working in a locally owned business with 30 years' experience in the Wireless Industry. Wireless Central currently owns and operates 8 different locations.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
2 years of Customer service experience
1 years of Sales experience preferred
Available evenings and weekends
Essential Functions
Clerical
- Store cleanliness
- Replenish accessories on the sales floor displays
- Change out price tags when they change
- Change out signage when promotions change
- Promote online marketing through social media and customer reviews
Sales
- Maintain knowledge of all device's specifications and features
- Memorize current promotions and requirements for each
- Memorize current and previous plan features
- Perform account analysis
- Perform needs assessments
- Ask for referrals
- Sales calls
- Keep up with customer follow ups
- Recommend additional devices that would benefit customer needs
- Meet individual sales quotas
Customer Service
- Perform technical troubleshooting on devices
- Assist customer in learning their new device
- Transfer content from old device to new device
- Build relationships with customers
- Deter theft
- Explain charges on bills
- Take cash/card/check payments
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge
