Wireless Store Manager
We are a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer with over 400 stores across the nation.
This role is ideal for an individual with high energy levels, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for technology.
- Sell Verizon Wireless cellular service and products to customers.
- Meet sales objectives by utilizing competitive spirit and staying up-to-date on the latest technology trends.
- Understand customers' needs and help them discover how our products meet those needs.
- Provide efficient and courteous customer service in all aspects of product offerings and services.
This role requires strong knowledge of Company products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features. You will also be responsible for maintaining market feedback regarding local competition and product/service needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling administrative tasks related to sales, such as completing customer contracts and warranties.
- Maintaining accurate inventory levels and fulfilling orders.
- Providing product demonstrations and educating customers about our products.
- Interacting with customers and providing prompt and courteous service via phone, written note, or in person.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years retail/customer-facing/sales experience.
- 1-3 years management experience preferred.
- Possess a competitive spirit and ability to stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
