We're seeking a high-energy, customer-focused sales representative to join our team at Wireless Zone. As a Wireless Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service and support to our customers.
Your primary responsibility will be to sell all products and services offered by the Company, meeting and exceeding sales objectives while maintaining a strong knowledge of our offerings. This includes handling administrative aspects of sales, such as completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments, and filing completed orders.
You'll also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing efficient and courteous service, and addressing any service inquiries they may have. Additionally, you'll stay up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, understanding customers' needs, and helping them discover how our products meet those needs.
