SUMMARY

Pump Truck Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing pump services field operations including safety, customer satisfaction, service quality, and complying with all company SOPs and regulations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise a crew of operators while conducting high-pressure pump operations in accordance with client criteria and policies
  • Planning and preparation for pump operations ensuring compliance with all safety regulations
  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of current standards and operating procedures and practices to optimize efficiencies
  • Responsible for maintaining customer relationships through quality services, confident execution and establishing positive image
  • Responsible for direct communication with client representatives for wellsite operations including preparation, execution and data archiving
  • Responsible for providing detailed information for all reporting, including but not limited to incidents and non-productive time
  • Complete and submit accurate documents for well site operations for billing and data delivery per customer requirements
  • Operate company vehicles in accordance with Company policies and government regulations
  • Responsible for supervising logistics of equipment to ensure safe compliant driving habits and applicable regulations inclusive of accurate DOT logs
  • Actively participate and support continuous improvement of HSE and Quality initiatives
  • Responsible for assigned crew training competency and periodic performance reviews
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or University preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience supervising pump down well site operations
  • Must possess and maintain valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Hazardous Material Endorsement
  • Must be proficient in driving Manual Transmission Tractors with Trailers
  • Driver will be required to pass a road test proving proficiency on driving required equipment
  • Intimate knowledge of pump operations and unit capabilities
  • Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to read, write and speak and understand English
  • Knowledgeable in incident investigation and reporting
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

COMPUTER

  • High level of computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook

PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

  • Must complete and pass all required pre-employment screenings

Compensation Range: $24 to  $32 hourly
