Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections, checks, and tests on products, processes, and materials to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications.
- Identify, document, and manage non-conformities, discrepancies, and defects. Assist in root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective actions.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into quality management systems and maintain documentation related to inspections, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
- Monitor production processes to detect deviations that may impact product quality. Collaborate with teams to address process gaps promptly.
- Work closely with site stakeholders to address quality concerns, resolve non-conformances, and contribute to continual improvement efforts.
- Assist in training employees on quality procedures, data entry requirements, and non-conformance management processes.
- Contribute to the collection of quality performance metrics and reports for review by QA Lead and management.
- Maintain awareness of industry standards, regulations, and quality management system requirements applicable to daily operations.
- Embody the organization's core values, including Service, Gratitude, Excellence, Quality, Integrity, and Family.
- Support QA Lead and Assistant Quality Manager by performing additional tasks as directed.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, related certifications, or associate degree in a related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in conducting inspections, data entry, and documentation.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, convey findings, and support quality initiatives.
- Proficiency in using computer applications for data entry, documentation, and communication.
- Adaptable and reliable, capable of managing daily quality activities in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines while ensuring timely and accurate data entry and record-keeping.
