How You Can Help Us
As the Maintenance Manager, you will help lead your teams by working together with your dispatchers and technicians to ensure the proper implementation of electrical maintenance and repairs.
What You'll Do
You will provide field support, as well as forward-thinking to identify the needs within the our maintenance department by not only providing clear directions to your team, but also reporting and managing KPIs for your team's performance to include recalls, failed inspections, and technician efficiencies. The Maintenance Manager will help with the entire organization to allow us to work in an efficient and timely manner. You mentor and assist Maintenance Technicians to ensure that they have the support they need to succeed in their position. In addition, you work to train and maintain all safety standards to safeguard our excellent home services for our customers and help provide a great environment for our team.
Experience Youll Need
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
- A current drivers license with a clean driving record
- Electrical experience is preferred but not required
