WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Support the Content Marketing Team Lead in coordinating events for Sales, including booth preparation, logistics, ticket purchasing, and coordinating with the Sales Team.
- Assist in creating social media content and managing our social media channels, including content calendar management, copywriting, image creation, posting, and response coordination.
- Innovate new content ideas to drive engagement and assist in opening new social media profiles.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media and content initiatives.
- Manage the teams requests channel and serve as the point of contact for external agencies.
- Provide copywriting assistance for various channels, including email, in-product messaging, social media, web, and support product releases and promotional campaigns.
- Support the team with creating assets for events, sales pitches, and product promotions.
- Participate actively in the team and provide support on administrative tasks as needed.
