The Wirth Law Office is an entrepreneurial firm that is on track for aggressive growth and we need a motivated legal assistant to join our team at our Bartlesville office and work directly with our Bartlesville attorney to support the team and help clients. We want to be known for helping clients navigate complicated legal matters and come out of an extremely emotional process feeling as though they are a better person, in a better position, and that they had a team behind them that really cared and fought for them.
We are growing fast, and we need a Legal Assistant who can hit the ground running. This position will be responsible for important work, including:
- Meeting with clients in person and via Zoom/phone.
- Communicating with clients via email or letter.
- Organizing and maintaining file organization for family law and other matters.
- Balancing ongoing and emerging priorities for matters assigned to your team.
- Drafting motions, pleadings, and orders for filing at the courthouse.
- Preparing discovery and responses to discovery requests.
- Helping attorneys prepare cases for evidentiary hearings and trials.
- Being a team player and covering for your fellow teammates to help the Firm and clients find clarity around and relief from the situation that brought them to the firm in the first place.
- Making law easy for Wirth Law Office clients.
