Retail Reset Associate
We are looking for a Retail Reset Associate to efficiently reset and rearrange store shelves according to defined planograms. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy working independently and providing excellent service, while making a visible impact in the retail environment.
This role involves transforming spaces in the discount store segment, turning the ordinary into extraordinary. The ideal candidate will be able to work the entire duration of the project they are assigned and have experience working with planograms and full components of a reset.
The team within WIS works primarily with a single customer in the discount store segment, completing resets and remodels in an efficient, accurate, and professional manner. The Reset Associate embodies our values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork, with a focus on customer dedication and making safety and security a personal priority.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Retail, Reset, Remodel or Merchandising experience is a plus
- Ability to work the entire duration of the project they are assigned
- Experience working with planograms and full components of a reset, to deliver excellence to each project is preferred
- Proven ability to work in solo and team environments, where team-orientated, highly motivated, and self-driven individuals are preferred
- Effective customer relations skills meant to always deliver exceptional service

Working Conditions:
This part-time project position requires the ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs., to stand for prolonged periods, and the ability to use hands and wrists regularly, including repetitive motions. It is also required to work in low-level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching, as well as frequent standing. Occasional travel may be required via plane or automobile, including overnight stays.
