ABOUT THE JOB
- Lead all personnel and operations during shift.
- Perform package and product changeovers.
- Maintain low cost, high quality production practices.
- Maintains thorough knowledge of all processes and equipment.
- Follow and enforce all Wis-Pak policies and procedures.
- Responsible for meeting production, quality, and quantity standards during shift.
- Daily updates with following shift Lead and Supervisor.
- Facilitate and aid other departments.
- Enforce all safety standards.
- Assure proper PPE use.
- Follow quality assurance guidelines.
- Assure proper raw material usage.
- Monitor all promotional material usage.
- Maintain strong and frequent communications with employees to help prevent errors.
- Coding, Recycling, General Housekeeping, and Personal Training.
- Follow all Food Safety and GMP Policies.
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write and solve problems.
- Have good people skills and team building skills.
- Communication skills.
- Must have some Manufacturing/Production background.
- Comply with all safety rules and regulations.
- Follow all GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Follow all food safety policies, procedures and regulations.

Compensation: $24.15/hour $1.50 Shift Differential
Salary : $24
