Admirative Specialist Primary Responsibilities
- General clerical duties; including ordering supplies, photocopying, scanning, data entry and filing
- Help coordinate meetings and meeting support
- Assist with fleet management
- Keep track of department expenses and submit expense reports
- Review and submit payroll files for district employees
- Work with AP and Procurement teams on vendor setup and invoices
- Issue and manage purchase orders for the district
- Prepare and submit invoices to customers for completed work
- Arrange logistics for incoming and outgoing work
- Data entry/data base management
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of general administrative assistant or related experience.
- Advanced technological proficiency including above-average skill using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks and manage various projects seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and be adaptable to various demands
- Strong processes and systems improvement skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interface effectively across an organization.
- Prior experience in a large corporate environment preferred but not required.
- Oracle and FMS experience preferred but not required
- General knowledge of Microsoft Power BI to assist regional team with custom dashboards preferred but not require
