WiSC Enterprises has potential openings for Business Operations Specialists at the Defense Health Agency's Contracting and Acquisition Support Services (CASS) program. This contract has not been awarded and is expected to be awarded in January or February 2025.
As a Business Operation Specialist , you will be part of the DHA's Executive Support Office unit providing or coordinating support for areas such as strategic / operational planning, business process management, business operations, policy coordination, interpretation and dissemination, training, and other related long-term activities. Also, you are expected to be professional, responsive, and have excellent communication skills as you may be required to interface with senior Government and industry officials.
These are onsite positions based in the Defense Health Agency's location in San Antonio, TX.

- Plans and drives organizational communication through various vehicles to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develops and implements methods to monitor, evaluate, forecast, and report progress toward achieving organizational goals and objectives and to inform strategic decisions.
- Produces, maintains, and publishes a variety of routine reports and publications for use within DHACA.
- Keeps the Government apprised of changes, recommending a way ahead for implementation and ensure widest dissemination possible among DHA acquisition workforces.
- Assists with developing workforce information and ensure the widest dissemination possible among DHA acquisition workforces.
- Assist with developing, analyzing, and disseminating performance reports.
- Completes and coordinates all necessary facilities forms for onboarding / moving personnel.
- Provides or coordinates support for areas such as strategic / operational planning, business process management, business operations, policy coordination, interpretation and dissemination, training, and other related long-term activities.
