DIRECTOR OF RESTURANTS

ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee operation of two hotel restaurants, bars, and In-Room Dining
- Lead the front of house team, enhancing their experience with training and growth opportunities
- Support the company’s philosophy and culture through Wischermann Partners’ Service Promise
- Service consistency, applying your expertise with our standards
- Drive revenue by delivering great service, execute on promotions and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate closely with the Culinary team
- Profit Loss Statement responsibility

Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years prior upscale restaurant and bar management experience required
- Flexible schedule which includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with Micros Simphony and opentable.com preferred
- Must have or be willing to obtain current certification for Basset and ServSafe
- Preferred previous experience in a hotel setting
