At Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry (WAF), our Cleaning Crew isn’t just about tidying up, it’s about keeping our entire operation running smoothly. This is not your typical cleaning job. You’ll be tackling tough jobs like vacuuming tons of sand, operating forklifts, and cleaning deep pits to ensure our foundry stays efficient, safe, and sustainable.

Every day, our cleaning crew is:
- Sucking sand with vacuum hoses
- Operating forklifts and pallet jacks
- Cleaning pits
Our cleaning crew is essential to our daily operations because:
- WAF can recycle and reuse all of our sand for molds
- It keeps our machines running smoothly

- It supports WAF’s sustainability in the Manitowoc community
Our cleaning crew members start at $24.95 per hour $1.25 for shift premium. Workdays on 3rd shift are Sunday – Thursday from 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
