Position: Maintenance Electrician
Job Type and Shift: Full-time, 2nd and 3rd shifts
Wage Type: Hourly

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team and help maintain and improve our equipment and facilities.
Job Summary:
The Maintenance Electrician performs a variety of functions related to electrical controls, equipment, and wiring in our industrial manufacturing plant. Work will involve testing, troubleshooting, installation, and repair of the electrical and mechanical components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new equipment and process improvements for the facility.
- Work with robotic automation systems, ensuring smooth operation and continuous improvement.
- Create PLC programs and integrate systems for new and used equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and plant facilities.
- Use mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills to address issues.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform fabrication and installation tasks on equipment.
- Diagnose equipment issues, replace or repair parts, and conduct necessary tests and adjustments.
- Work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Required Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D required
- 4 years of manufacturing experience; strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills with some PLC experience
- Must pass ATEK Functional Job Analysis and Pre- Employment Drug Screen for Maintenance Electrician position
Preferred Education and/or Experience:
- Associates degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance
- National Career Readiness Certificate Preferred
Communication Skills:
- Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language
Working Conditions:
- Frequent exposure to foundry like environment (high heat, dust, etc.)
- Some jobs require an employee to work outdoors in an unfavorable climate
- May be asked to travel within or out of the continental united states
