National Sales Manager – All American 1930™ Consumer Goods

Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry – Consumer Product Division

Our Consumer Products Division has been producing the All-American line of pressure cookers, canners, sterilizers, can sealers and cookware since 1930.

Every day will be different, but here are some key responsibilities:

  • Lead team of sales professionals to achieve business strategies and plans.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals and drive growth.
  • Manage and develop existing sales accounts, maximizing potential across both traditional and online channels.
  • Lead the onboarding of new retailers, ensuring product delivery and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and IT, to improve processes and performance.
  • Represent All American 1930 at trade shows and meetings to promote the brand and educate partners.

 

To be successful in this role, you must:

 

  • Have a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant functional experience in sales. Experience working with national retail chains a plus.
  • Be able to travel up to 25-40 % of working time.
  • Be able to work on site or hybrid in Manitowoc WI
  • Possess strategic thinking & planning, relationship management, negotiation, data analysis & insights, and leadership skills.
