Product Engineer – All American 1930™
Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry – Consumer Product Division

No two days are the same, but here’s what you can expect to take on:
- Lead project activities through traditional project management and new product development methodologies, including development of project plans, scope, requirements, specifications, product cost, validation & verification, quality, risks, issues, and product launch readiness.
- Provide timely reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead design efforts for new products through creative problem solving, concept sketches, design direction & decisions, initial 3D modeling, prototyping, BOM maintenance, tooling, and production validation.
- Identify, lead, and implement continuous improvement opportunities focusing on cost optimization, efficiency, and quality enhancements.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with product management, engineering, design, production, quality, and supply chain to manage project risks, resolve issues and ensure a successful project delivery aligned with organizational and customer goals.
- Actively shape the direction of the division as a member of the All American 1930 leadership team, driving related functional area strategies, processes, systems, and team structure.
- Please note: this role does not have direct reports.
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Have a minimum of five (5) years’ project management and product engineering experience in a consumer products environment.
- Be able to work onsite in Manitowoc, WI.
- Possess leadership, strategic thinking & planning, strong communication, decision making and cost management skills.
