At Manitowoc Pattern and Machining, we are on the hunt for a Production Scheduler to take charge of planning, scheduling, and coordinating machine shop production. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring customer orders stay on track while optimizing efficiency like a pro!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Crafting and adjusting daily and weekly production schedules based on orders, materials, and priorities.
• Optimizing workflow in the machine shop to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Collaborating with production, sales, purchasing, and engineering teams to keep everyone on the same page.
• Updating and maintaining schedules in our ERP system (Odyssey) – accuracy is vital!
• Keeping customers in the loop with order updates and ensuring their expectations are met.
• Constantly improving scheduling processes to boost productivity and reduce lead times.

What You Bring:

• 2-5 years of production scheduling in a manufacturing or machine shop environment
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required; an Associate’s or Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Engineering is a plus!
• Strong understanding of machining processes, problem-solving, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
