Kids' Clubhouse Team Member - Job Description and Performance Expectations
The Kids' Clubhouse is an important part of WAC and the community. Our main goal is to offer our members' children a safe, clean and friendly environment while they enjoy their workout. As a Kids' Clubhouse Team Member, you are responsible for providing quality care, keeping children safe, interacting with families and making sure everyone feels a sense of belonging. You must enjoy working with children from 6 weeks to 12 years old. You facilitate activities, story time, snack time, diaper changing, bottle feeding and cleaning tasks. This is not a behind the scenes position - you are on the front-line having fun and connecting with families via aggressive hospitality. You have an incredible opportunity to let your personality shine and grow within WAC.
Daily Operations
Use smile, name and eye contact when greeting families.
Work a minimum of two shifts per week.
Conduct a daily walk through of the Kids' Clubhouse to ensure proper working conditions.
Responsible for working or finding subs for all scheduled shifts. Inform Team Lead of any changes.
