Description
WAC Pool Technician / Maintenance Team
Our top priority at WAC is to make sure that our Pools and Facilities run smoothly, efficiently, and safely at all times for our members and staff. As a Pool Technician / Maintenance Team Member, you are the key to ensuring that all pools and facility components operate at the highest standards.
WAC is looking for a reliable self-starter to join our Pool Technician / Maintenance Team. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record. Experience preferred, but will train a candidate that is positive and willing to learn.
Specific responsibilities include : Water Testing, Pool Cleaning and Vacuuming, Mechanical and HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical repairs using hand and power tools. Building maintenance skills are also valued.
Daily Operations
- Receive daily and weekly assignments, plan and discuss via calendar, video conference, or phone communications from the Director of Maintenance or Pool Services Coordinator.
- Be prompt and on time to assignments. Call if late or delayed.
- Keep all tools clean, organized, and accounted for. Put away tools to designated location.
- Keep all vehicles, work sites and tool rooms clean and available for use. Empty all trash and debris daily.
- Perform all tasks in a professional manner. Be thorough and detailed. Fill out completed job worksheets.
- Report any depleted pool stock items or parts at our clubs to the Director of Maintenance or Pool Services Coordinator.
