Air Charter Operations is a unique customer service opportunity in the exciting world of private air transportation.
The Charter Coordinator position is a dynamic position, requiring exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with financial and physical management of each trip. Problem solving to deliver the best possible customer service requires focus on the customer and constant engagement. You are daily working with change and managing customer needs and wants and handling every detail for every trip all in one place. Your key responsibilities include coordinating with pilots, working with aircraft availabiliity, and maintaining constant communication with customers. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast pace environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong working knowledge of aviation operations.
Candidates must have aviation knowledge and at least 2 years of strong customer service working experience in a role that required the ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented.
