- Perform quality checks on packaged products, and accurately record results.
- Understand the fundamentals of the packaging process.
- Perform basic preventative maintenance.
- Remain flexible and willing to help with any task around the brewery.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Previous factory or packaging experience is a plus.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to problem solve.
- Attention to detail.
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as necessary.
- Positive attitude and desire to learn.
- Capacity to lift 50lbs consistently.
Education and Training:
High school diploma or equivalent.
