As an Elevate Senior Client Manager, you'll be at the forefront of client relationship management, leveraging your insurance expertise, professional communication skills, and leadership abilities. Leading client meetings independently and managing a book of business, you'll showcase your expertise while mentoring and guiding your team to success. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Take ownership of client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for your assigned book of business, ensuring client needs are met promptly and accurately.
  • Lead and conduct various client meetings independently, including employee meetings, compliance audits, coverage reviews, and renewal meetings.
  • Process new and renewal policies, verify coverages, and review policies for accuracy using our agency management system (EPIC).
  • Cross-sell and round out accounts when appropriate, contributing to business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as a mentor and leader within the Elevate practice group, guiding less experienced staff and contributing to team cohesion.
  • Collaborate with Client Executives on new business and renewals, preparing applications and selecting potential placement markets.
  • Manage billing and accounting tasks, including invoicing, premium finance contracts, and assisting in the collection process.
  • Continuously expand your insurance knowledge and expertise, staying current with industry trends and best practices.

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in insurance is desired.
  • Minimum of five years insurance agency or company experience.
  • Wisconsin Property and Casualty Insurance license (or ability to obtain within 120 days of joining M3).
  • An applicable insurance designation is desired.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in professional verbal and written communication.
  • Advanced knowledge of M3's processes and standards is preferred.
  • Expertise in insurance products, markets, sales processes, and workflow procedures.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to delegate effectively and foster trust among colleagues.
  • Proficiency in technical skills, including Microsoft Office suite and agency management systems (e.g., EPIC).
