How You Will Make an Impact
- Take ownership of client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for your assigned book of business, ensuring client needs are met promptly and accurately.
- Lead and conduct various client meetings independently, including employee meetings, compliance audits, coverage reviews, and renewal meetings.
- Process new and renewal policies, verify coverages, and review policies for accuracy using our agency management system (EPIC).
- Cross-sell and round out accounts when appropriate, contributing to business growth and client satisfaction.
- Serve as a mentor and leader within the Elevate practice group, guiding less experienced staff and contributing to team cohesion.
- Collaborate with Client Executives on new business and renewals, preparing applications and selecting potential placement markets.
- Manage billing and accounting tasks, including invoicing, premium finance contracts, and assisting in the collection process.
- Continuously expand your insurance knowledge and expertise, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
