The Psychological Associate provides direct mental health treatment services to individuals under the care of the Wisconsin DOC working under the direction and supervision of a licensed psychologist. Direct services may include, but are not limited to clinical monitoring of mental health symptoms, intake assessments, psychological assessments, individual and group therapy, risk management, and crisis intervention. This position provides consultation services to the multidisciplinary staff who are involved in the care and treatment of the individuals, including medical providers, security, probation and parole, social worker, and more.
This position provides staff development and training related to mental health. Training opportunities, including CEU certificates, are available to maintain, further develop and refine clinical skills.
For those interested, the Wisconsin Department of Corrections provides required supervision for post doctorate licensing.

Pay: $41.54 - $60.06 per hour
