Under the general supervision of the Correctional Management Services Director (CMSD), this position is responsible for the supervision, planning, coordinating and evaluation of the Business Office and Stores staff as well as supervision and accounting of multiple financial programs, funding sources, and cost allocation patterns for an institution with an operating budget. Responsibilities and activities include budget development and implementation, maintenance of the Institution’s accounting system, purchasing functions, PIOC accounts, Institution’s capital and store’s inventories, and oversight of the contracted canteen operations. This position is also responsible for adherence to all Wisconsin Statutes dealing with the fiscal operations of the Institution. This includes, but is not limited to, Chapter 301 and 304 Corrections; Chapter 16 DOA Fiscal; Chapter 19 General Duties of public officials; and Chapter 20 Budget.

Pay: $26.87 - $44.33 per hour
