Position Description
Position Title: Servicing Analyst Intern
Department: Strategic Investment & Evaluation
Reports to: Financial Servicing Director
Position(s) Supervised: N/A
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Position Summary
The WEDC Internship program is designed to offer the intern broad exposure to Strategic Investment & Evaluation and program performance functions through a variety of support duties. The Servicing Analyst Intern primarily anticipates and supports the needs of internal and external customers to accomplish tasks with little direction required.
Responsibilities
The Servicing Analyst Intern will spend a majority of their time in these activities:
· Perform award closeouts, including recommendations of loan forgiveness, tax credit revocations and claw backs.
· Assist in development and implementation of databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize efficiency and quality.
· Review data from primary or secondary data sources to maintain databases/data systems.
· Develop and implement new processes and procedures and recommend policy changes to senior staff.
- Assist the department or staff by performing a wide variety of support duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Participate in training to enhance professional development.
Salary : $15
