Pay is $28.00 per hour subject to an attendance bonus
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Performs electrical, electronic, and mechanical maintenance on all production and auxiliary equipment.
·Troubleshoot and repair production and auxiliary equipment to the "as-built" condition.
· Services equipment to ensure compliance with Quality System procedures and work instructions related to the maintenance function.
· Monitors machine operation and assist in the development of preventive maintenance programs for new and rebuilt equipment to ensure uninterrupted and effective operation.
· Integrate electrical control systems for new and rebuilt machinery, facilities equipment, and machine/process improvements according to established guidelines.
· Participates in the specification, building, rebuilding, installing and fabrication of electrical and electronic control systems.
· Complies with all safe work practices which include all company, local, state, and federal requirements.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- · Ability to safely use hand tools, electronic test equipment
- · Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics,
- · Ability to service electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- · History of working safely including safety training and PPE use
- · Technical knowledge including using Microsoft Office
- · Ability to work with vendors and OEM's
- · Previous experience with preventative maintenance programs
- · Must have proficiencies in:
- · Blueprint Reading· Mechanical Troubleshooting· Machine Installs· Machine Wiring· Repairing and/or maintaining production equipment· Repairing and/or maintaining Servo Motors and Drives· Repairing and/or maintaining Pneumatics· Repairing and/or maintaining Hydraulics· Ability to read Electrical Schematics
- Preferred experience, but not required:
*PLC Ladder logic programs
* Understanding of Programmable Logic Controllers
* Knowledge of soldering, ARC welding, MIG welding
- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Ability to perform all physical requirements for repair and operations for extended periods of time, including but not limited to:
- bending
- lifting (up to 50 lbs.)

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Associate Degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Electronics or related field a plus
- 2 years experience working in maintenance at a manufacturing OR production facility
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to communicate effectively in the English language (speak, read and write)
