About the Role
Rentals Seasonal Staff members work closely with our diverse client base, including businesses, non-profit organizations, school groups, and youth organizations. Your flexibility and adaptability will be crucial in meeting the varying needs of each group. In addition to leading programming activities, you may also serve as a host, responsible for ensuring the comfort and safety of our guests.

• Lead engaging activities for rental groups
• Serve as a host, ensuring guest comfort and safety
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding professionally to issues that arise
• Work independently while maintaining strong team relationships
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a consistent and customized experience for all guests
What We Offer
A competitive hourly rate, $15.75, with opportunities for variable pay agreements with specific groups. Select rental groups may also offer on-site lodging and meal provisions when working during designated hours.
Requirements
No prior certifications or experience are necessary, but they are highly valued. Applicants should possess a strong passion for customer service, teamwork, and adaptability. We offer training opportunities in relevant areas, such as ropes course management, belaying, archery, tractor driving, and lifeguarding.

Applicants will undergo a rolling interview process throughout the year. Please note that this position is seasonal and covers 2025 only.
