What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruitment and Administrative Coordinator position at Wisconsin Management Company Inc?
The (Property) Recruitment and Administrative Coordinator plays a key role in finding, assessing and hiring qualified candidates to work at our Wisconsin Management Properties. In addition, this role will provide administrative operations support for Regional Property Managers. This is an in-person role out of our Madison, WI headquarters.

Are you familiar with coordinating workflow and communications between hiring managers and candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience? Then we need you!
Our ideal candidate is a self starter who isn't afraid to try new things. We are looking for someone who is interested in leveraging technology and believes in working smarter, not harder. This newly created role will help support our property operations with finding, onboarding and ramping up site staff.
On a regular basis this role will:
- Source, screen, provide evaluation and advise managers on incoming candidates
- Assist in developing interview questions, scheduling interviews and oversee all candidate communications
- Assist a variety of functions including but not limited to onboarding of site staff, maintaining the training database, and assigning training
On an occasional basis this role will:
- Coordinate and oversee specialty projects for Regional Properties including file management, event coordination, assisting with pre-inspection files, printing, copying, assembling materials and other projects
- Assist as needed with resident relations including satisfaction surveys and repair follow ups
To be successful in this role you will have:
- High school diploma required and additional secondary education preferred.
- 1-2 years of education or experience in the field or in a related area.
- Maintain a high level of honesty, integrity and confidentiality
Ability to act calmly and use good judgment, tact and discretion in decision-making while under stress
Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and co-workers
Excellent oral and written communication skills - Proficiency with PC systems and Microsoft Office software
- Ability to display professional behavior and dress as required by Wisconsin Management
- Physical requirements include the ability to remain stationary for long periods of time, position, detect and operate office machinery and phones.
