We have great opportunities for individuals looking for part time hours to keep busy and earn a little money! Position will be a general manufacturing/production role and will may work in different departments based on the business, and our customer needs. (CNC, Sheet Metal Fab, Assembly, Stamping)
General Responsibilities:
- Performing routine manufacturing operations using light hand tools, other fabrication equipment
- Completing other work of a repetitive or slightly varied nature depending on the daily needs
- Efficiently completing all assigned work to meet or exceed expected productivity or production rates
- Complete all part/quality inspection processes as needed (may be dimensional or visual inspections)
Willing to train individuals without direct manufacturing experience but who are mechanically inclined, enjoy working with their hands, and seeing things created! People with experience in the technical trades from different industries, light assembly, or individuals with mechanical background/aptitudes are a great fit for this position. Starting pay will be based on prior manufacturing/trades related experience
Required Qualifications:
- Mechanically inclined, & enjoys hands on work
- Solid work ethic, & team player
- Strong attention to detail, quality minded
- Comfortable performing work of a repetitive or simplistic nature
- Some prior manufacturing experience preferred, but will consider individuals with strong mechanical aptitude and an interest in the trades
- Able to regularly lift up to 35 lbs, handle regular repetitive movements required in operations or material/part handling
- Able to stand for up to 8 hours per day and walk as needed throughout a shift
