Our independent critical access hospital in Shell Lake, WI is looking for a Family Medicine physician to fill our Medical Director position. As Medical Director, you will play a key role in leading our medical staff and contributing to the overall success of our organization. - You will work closely with our existing medical staff, including two other physicians and four APPs, to deliver high-quality patient care and meet the needs of our community.
- With an average of 15-18 patients per day in clinic, you will have ample time to focus on leadership responsibilities and contribute to our ER call schedule.
