Duties & Responsibilities:
Wisconsin Precision Casting is seeking a full-time Automation Maintenance Technician working a first shift work schedule Monday through Friday. This position maintains and repairs robotic devices and computer-controlled systems to maximize efficiency while reducing scrap and improving productivity. The position maintains, diagnoses, troubleshoots, installs or replaces equipment, performs routine maintenance duties as scheduled and planning of daily repairs and future repairs with Shift Supervisors. The applicant approves requisitions for ordering and maintaining supplies for the Maintenance Department, and coordinate and schedule equipment preventative maintenance and downtime for improvements and repairs needed. It is essential to follow and maintain all company safety policies and procedures while keeping a clean environment.
Required Qualifications:
PLC programming experience, prior general maintenance experience, working knowledge of robotics, hydraulics, electric systems. Basic knowledge of computer software.
Candidate must have strong preventative maintenance background, the ability to work with team members from all levels of the organization, excellent communication with both internal and external customers. Have the ability to work under minimal supervision and forklift experience preferred. Experience in manufacturing environment preferred but not required.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
