we are dedicated to building a football program that excels on and off the field. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Defensive lineman Coach to join our team and play a pivotal role in the development of our student-athletes.
Responsibilities:
- Design and lead training sessions for defensive lineman, emphasizing techniques such as stance, tackling, and footwork.
- Collaborate with the Defensive Coordinator to integrate defensive linem strategies into overall defensive schemes.
- Analyze player performance through game film and practice evaluations to enhance skills and techniques.
- Mentor and motivate student-athletes, fostering personal growth, discipline, and teamwork.
- Support recruiting efforts, as well as administrative tasks related to the team.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and team policies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous coaching or playing experience at the high school, collegiate, or professional level.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of defensive football concepts, particularly for defensive backs.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Other: Passion for mentoring young athletes and contributing to a positive team culture.
